The Assistant Relationship Manager, Private Banking – Germany & Austria, supports one or more Relationship Managers in their day-to-day work, client service, and relationship management. Your challenge

The position of Assistant Relationship Manager, Private Banking – Germany & Austria involves the following responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Relationship Manager(s) with day-to-day tasks, administrative work, customer service, and relationship management
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders, providing information to clients, and supporting the relationship manager(s) in implementing customized solutions

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • Client Administration & Management: Assisting the Relationship Manager(s) with client interactions and all related tasks
  • Business Management: Regularly gathering and sharing relevant information, organizing one’s own work, and ensuring that supervisors are informed in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Risk Management & Controls: Active support for risk management, adherence to local regulations, and compliance with internal policies and standards

Your responsibilities in detail

  • Client Administration & Management:
    • Assisting the Relationship Manager(s) with customer interactions and all related tasks
    • Customization of customer inquiries (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
    • Managing the Relationship Manager’s calendar, preparing for client meetings, organizing business trips, and following up on client calls, meetings, or business trips
  • Business Management:
    • Regular collection and exchange of relevant information
    • Organizing one's own work in an efficient and compliant manner
    • Assisting the Relationship Manager(s) in implementing projects and initiatives
  • Risk Management & Controls:
    • Active support for risk management
    • Ensuring adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards
