Tasks

• Supporting Relationship Managers (RM) and Team Heads (TH) with day-to-day operations, administration, client servicing and relationship management
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders, provision of relevant information for customers
• Client administration and management:
  • Support with customer interactions and related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents, etc.)
  • Customization of customer inquiries (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
  • Management of RM/TH's calendar, preparation of client meetings, organization of business trips
  • Compilation of presentations, support in the preparation of investment proposals and marketing activities
  • Ensuring representation in the event of absence
• Business administration:
  • Regular collection and exchange of relevant information
  • Organizing and ensuring an efficient and compliant way of working
  • Conducting reviews, advance planning and documentation of work
  • Support in the implementation of projects and initiatives
  • Submission of proposals for improvements
  • Management of the expense reimbursement process for RM/TH
• Risk management and controls:
  • Active support in risk management (first line of defense)
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines
  • Ensuring the timely clarification of open issues and escalated defects
  • Ensuring appropriate ethical and compliant behavior
  • Correct, meaningful and comprehensible documentation of customer interactions
