Assistant Relationship Manager
The Assistant Relationship Manager supports the Relationship Manager with administrative tasks, such as processing customer inquiries and organizing meetings and events. They are also responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer instructions and communication with customers.

Tasks
- The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer instructions and the efficient handling of customer inquiries.
- The ARM supports the Relationship Manager with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, organizing meetings, events and business trips as well as carrying out ad hoc analyses and research.
Your main tasks
Client Administration & Management
- Supports the Relationship Manager in customer interaction and all related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents, etc.) with high integrity, accuracy and timeliness.
- Customizes customer requests (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.).
- Coordinates the Relationship Manager's calendar; schedules client meetings, organizes business trips; completes follow-up of client meetings, client meetings or business trips.
- Prepares presentations, assists in the preparation of investment proposals and marketing activities as required.
- Ensures representation in your own absence.
Business Management
- Collects and regularly exchanges relevant information required for the work.
- Organizes self in an efficient and competent manner and provides timely and appropriate information to the team.
- Contacts customers, checks, plans ahead and documents his work at all times.
- Supports the Relationship Manager in the implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Provides professional support and input for requests based on experience, incidents or compliance related matters.
Regulatory Responsibilities: After Sales & Controls
- Actively contributes to risk management (supporting the first line of defense), e.g. in customer documentation, by raising concerns, following up on issues and escalating when in doubt.
- Ensures adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Ensures timely resolution of pending issues and escalated defects.
- Ensures appropriate ethical and behavioral risk management.
- Ensures accurate, meaningful and understandable documentation of customer interactions/customer orders.
Requirements
Personal and social
- Customer oriented and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients in the client's native language if required.

- Relevant experience with clients with complex needs.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in a private banking structure.
- CAGCP Papers 1 and 2.
- Proficiency with CFA/CIMA modules 1.5, S4, S6, RA certification.
- Working knowledge of T24, Olympics and TEMOS.
