Tasks

  • Supporting the Relationship Manager in managing customer relationships and interactions
  • Precise and prompt processing of customer inquiries and problems
  • Escalation of problems to higher colleagues if required
  • Assistance with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, organizing meetings and travel
  • Carrying out ad hoc analyses and research

Your challenges

Customer administration and management

  • Supporting the Relationship Manager with customer interactions and tasks
  • Individualization of customer inquiries
  • Coordination of daily office tasks of the Relationship Manager
  • Preparation of presentations and support in the preparation of investment proposals
  • Ensuring representation in the event of absence

Business management

  • Support and promotion of business development
  • Collection and exchange of relevant information
  • Organizing and ensuring that the team is informed promptly and appropriately
  • Customer contacts, review, planning and documentation of work
  • Supporting the Relationship Manager in the implementation of projects and initiatives

Regulatory responsibilities / risk and compliance

  • Active support for risk management
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines
  • Ensuring the timely clarification of open points and escalated defects
  • Ensuring appropriate ethical and behavioral standards
  • Correct and meaningful documentation of customer interactions
