Assistant Purchasing Department

Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage contracts, coordinate with external service providers, and maintain supplier data. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in a financial institution and a solid background in a commercial field.

Tasks

  • Contract monitoring: Updating and managing the contract monitoring file (alerts on due dates, notice of termination, tacit renewals)
  • Consultant management: Centralization and updating of external service provider files (staffing contracts, LSE compliance, secure access)
  • Delegation of authority: Centralization and updating of personnel files under delegation of authority
  • Supplier Database (Master Data): Creation, qualification, and updating of supplier records. Collection of mandatory documents (extracts from the Commercial Register, insurance certificates, KYC forms)
  • Order Management: Entering and issuing purchase orders in SAP (MM module). Sending orders to suppliers
  • Signature Tracking: Managing the signature workflow and following up with stakeholders
  • Administrative follow-up of requests for information/requests for quotation (RFI/RFQ)

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a financial institution
  • Commercial training (CFC Commercial Employee)
  • Perfect command of French and a good level of English
