Assistant Purchasing Department

Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking an Assistant Service des Achats who will be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating external service providers, and managing orders. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a financial institution and a solid education in a commercial field.

Tasks

  • Contract monitoring: Updating and managing the contract monitoring file (alerts on due dates, notice of termination, tacit renewals)
  • Consultant management: Centralization and updating of external service provider files (staffing contracts, LSE compliance, secure access)
  • Delegation of authority: Centralization and updating of personnel files under delegation of authority
  • Supplier Database (Master Data): Creation, qualification, and updating of supplier records. Collection of mandatory documents (extracts from the Commercial Register, insurance certificates, KYC forms)
  • Order management: Entering and issuing purchase orders in SAP (MM module). Sending orders to suppliers.
  • Signature tracking: Managing the signature workflow and sending reminders to stakeholders
  • Administrative follow-up of requests for information/requests for quotation (RFI/RFQ)

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a financial institution
  • Commercial training (CFC Commercial Employee)
  • Perfect command of French and a good level of English
