- Contract Tracking: Updating and managing the contract tracking database (alerts for upcoming deadlines, notice of termination, automatic renewals).
- Consultant Management: Centralization and updating of external service provider files (staffing contracts, LSE compliance, secure access).
- Delegation of Authority: Centralization and updating of personnel files under delegated authority.
- Supplier Database (Master Data): Creation, verification, and updating of supplier records. Collection of required documents (extracts from the Commercial Register, insurance certificates, KYC forms).
- Order Management: Entering and issuing purchase orders in SAP (MM module). Sending purchase orders to suppliers.
- Signature Tracking: Managing the signature workflow and following up with stakeholders.
- Administrative follow-up of requests for information (RFI) and requests for quotation (RFQ).
Votre profil
- 2 to 5 years of experience at a financial institution.
- Commercial training (CFC in Commercial Administration).
- Fluency in French and a good command of English.
