Assistante or Assistant de gestion Private Banking

BCV is looking for an assistant for the Private Banking Division to support advisors with administrative work and client service and to take over the operational management of client portfolios. The main tasks include administrative support, portfolio management and secretarial duties for the Regional Head.

Job description

Tasks

  • actively support the consultants in the administrative management and development of the Private Banking client base,
  • assurer la gestion opérationnelle des portefeuilles clients,
  • support the head of the region by taking charge of the administrative activities of the sector (reports, statistics, courier, etc.).

Requirements

  • formation bancaire type CFC ou supérieure,
  • recognized experience in assisting and servicing a banking clientele,
  • aisance relationnelle, bonne organization et orientation solutions,
  • parfaite maîtrise du français, bonnes connaissances de l'anglais.
