International Private Banking Management Assistant

Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking an administrative assistant for its International Private Banking department, who will be responsible for providing administrative support and client services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking sector, strong organizational skills, and fluency in French, as well as a very good command of English.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities:
  • ensure that instructions received from clients are carried out properly and handle the related administrative follow-up,
  • provide excellent customer service during phone calls with customers,
  • check the quality of the information contained in customer databases,
  • coordinate the various administrative tasks necessary for the team to function effectively,
  • participate in the training of new arrivals and staff in training.

Requirements

Your profile:
  • banking experience in a similar position,
  • good organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently,
  • proficiency in common computer tools,
  • Fluency in French, very good knowledge of English (B2 level).
