Investment Advisory Assistant

Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a Wealth Management Assistant to handle administrative tasks in the area of wealth management and maintain close relationships with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate is dynamic, meticulous, and client-focused, and has a basic business education as well as strong analytical and organizational skills.

Tasks

As an Asset Management Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us remain the leading bank in Freiburg in the field of asset management. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administrative implementation of client agreements, special terms, and other activities related to the recording of assets
  • Supporting our clients with their administrative needs throughout all stages of life
  • Become a trusted point of contact for clients and wealth management advisors
  • Promotion of the bank and its entire range of products and services
  • Preparing for client meetings, particularly with regard to compliance requirements, but also from a commercial perspective
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of services and processes
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with internal partners to ensure optimal collaboration
  • Contribute to the success of the entire team
  • Performing administrative tasks and conducting quality controls in accordance with the dual-control principle
  • Opportunities for career development in private client advisory services or wealth management

Requirements

We are looking for someone who wants to advance their career in asset management support. You should:
  • Be able to perform administrative tasks with precision and speed
  • Have completed basic business training or possess an equivalent qualification or experience
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, a meticulous approach to work, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle stress and prioritize tasks
  • Initiative and the ability to contribute constructively through innovative ideas and active participation in internal meetings and projects
  • Be proficient in using common IT applications (Microsoft Office) and have an interest in digital innovations
  • Excellent written and spoken French; knowledge of German is a plus
