Job description
Assistant (m/f) Financing 80 - 100 %Your tasks
- Independent preparation and assessment of credit issues for the financing of single and multi-family homes and condominiums on the part of mortgage brokers
- Independent preparation of extensions, pending issues and control templates
- Recording of annual financial statements for real estate acquisitions
- Credit clarifications and approvals (e.g. building inspections)
- General support for customer advisors (telephone, correspondence, etc.)
- Selective participation in customer meetings and projects
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with further training in banking & finance
- First professional experience in the banking and/or financial environment
- High service and customer orientation as well as a structured and precise way of working
- Confidence in dealing with different requirements and challenges
- Good communication skills and enjoy intensive customer contact
- Flexibility and willingness to contribute to our team and take on responsibility
