Assistant Relationship Manager
The Assistant Relationship Manager supports Relationship Managers in client service, administrative tasks, and the preparation of presentations and reports in wealth management. The position requires in-depth knowledge of financial markets, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to work in an international environment.
Tasks
- Supports Relationship Managers (RAMs) in customer interactions and all related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents, etc.) by maintaining high quality standards and ensuring timely implementation
- Tailors responses to customer inquiries (reports, statistics, meetings, etc.)
- Manages the internal and external workload of the relationship managers (e.g., arranges business trips, handles administrative tasks related to business contacts with various clients)
- Creates presentations, reports, or draft documents for investment products intended for marketing activities targeting wealth management clients (reporting meetings, business trips, etc.)
- Ensures coverage in the event of a client's absence
- Regularly gathers and shares relevant information necessary for his work
- Conducts reviews, schedules, and displays documents in their own area
- Supports the Relationship Managers in implementing projects and activities in close coordination with the Business Manager team
- Uses software and systems that have been set up to improve his work based on experience, incidents, or observations
- Manages the expense report process for relationship managers

- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
- In-depth knowledge of the financial market and the products and services offered by JB Pride
- A solid understanding of global financial markets and current industry trends
- A strong affinity for the geographic markets covered, i.e., familiarity with the legal and regulatory environment as well as cultural sensitivities
- Representatives in accordance with MASRA and/or FSB
