Glarner Kantonalbank is looking for a Mortgage Broker Assistant (80-100%) to independently process loan applications and advise customers. The position offers a varied job with a lot of responsibility and development opportunities in a dynamic team.
Job description
Assistant Mortgage Broker (80 - 100 %)Your tasks
- Independent preparation and assessment of loan applications for the financing of single and multi-family homes and condominiums by mortgage brokers
- Independent preparation of extensions, pending issues and control specifications
- Recording of annual financial statements for real estate companies
- Credit management tasks (e.g. building inspections)
- General support for customer advisors (telephone, correspondence, etc.)
- Selective participation in concepts and projects
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with further training in banking & finance
- First professional experience in banking and / or finance
- High service and customer orientation as well as a structured and precise way of working
- Confidence in dealing with different tasks and challenges
- Good communication skills and enjoy intensive customer contact
- Flexibility and willingness to contribute to our team and take on responsibility
