Glarner Kantonalbank is looking for an assistant broker in the mortgage business (80-100%), who will independently process loan requests and support customer advisors. The position offers a varied job with a lot of responsibility and development opportunities.

Assistent Vermittler im Hypothekargeschäft (80 – 100 %)Your tasks
- Independent preparation and assessment of loan applications for the financing of single and multi-family homes and condominiums by mortgage brokers
- Selbstständige Aufbereitung von Verlängerungen, Pendenzien und Kontrollvorgaben
- Recording of annual financial statements for real estate companies
- Kreditbewirtschaftungsaufgaben (z.B. Baukostenkontrollen)
- General support for customer advisors (telephone, correspondence, etc.)
- Selektive Teilnahme an Konzepten und Projekten
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene Banklehre oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Banking & Finance
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Banken- und/oder Finanzfeld
- High service and customer orientation as well as a structured and precise way of working
- Souveränität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Aufgabenstellungen und Herausforderungen
- Good communication skills and enjoy intensive customer contact
- Flexibility and willingness to contribute to our team and take on responsibility
