Assistant: Cash Management Corporate Clients 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Service | Zurich | Experienced

Tasks

• Payment and cash management solutions
• Preparing for customer meetings, creating presentations and documentation, and assisting with the processing of quotations and contracts, including recording agreed terms and conditions and sending confirmations to customers.
• Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, analyzing customer needs, and developing suitable solutions
• Collaboration with internal departments such as IT or product management, including providing customer and market feedback to promote the further development of cash management products, as well as participation in internal projects to improve processes and products in the area of cash management

Requirements

• Banking training or comparable qualification, ideally with experience in corporate banking, payment transactions, or cash management
• Interest in digitalization topics and technical affinity, especially in the area of payment transactions (e.g., eBanking, SEPA, SWIFT, APIs, ISO 20022, EBICS)
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of working with customers and internal teams
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working, as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and an interest in digital trends and new technologies in payment transactions
