Job description

Your tasks

  • Supporting and relieving the head of the Wealth Management department
  • Coordination and organization of appointments and meetings
  • First point of contact for internal and external inquiries to the department
  • Organization and structuring of files as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Preparing agenda items, taking minutes, managing documents and handling correspondence
  • Independent management of professional pending issues
  • Support in the coordination of internal and external events
  • Representation of the supervisor in general work
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring the liquidity of the department
  • Administrative support on various topics for the department management

Our requirements

  • Completed commercial training with relevant further training
  • Professional experience in a comparable role, preferably combined with knowledge of the financial environment
  • Very good, reliable, goal- and result-oriented way of working
  • Stylistic expression in German, both orally and in writing, as well as a good command of English (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
  • Very high level of trustworthiness, discretion and loyalty
  • Well-groomed, distinguished appearance and professional demeanor
  • High solution orientation, great flexibility and willingness to change
