Assistant commercial customers
The position of commercial customer assistant includes administrative activities, basic services and support for customer advisors in various areas. The focus is on customer-related tasks, administrative work and project support.
Your tasks
- Independent handling of customer-related administrative activities (e.g. formalities, transactions, order entries, open credit applications, etc.)
- Execution of basic services (order processing, withdrawals, card blocking, etc.)
- Support for experienced client advisors in the areas of mortgages, commercial loans, investments and commission processing
- Conducting processing and follow-up of customer meetings
- Administrative collaboration / support with market development tasks and projects
- Support/implementation of new tools e.g. real estate business tool
Our requirements
- Completed banking training or equivalent training
- Professional experience in the credit, mortgage and private customer sector an advantage
- Efficient and precise working methods
- Maturity and willingness to develop further
- Customer and service-oriented personality who quickly establishes a rapport with all contact persons
- Organizationally strong, flexible and committed
