As a commercial customer assistant, you will support customer advisors with administrative tasks, conduct customer meetings and help process loan applications and mortgages. The position requires completed banking training and offers a performance-related salary and flexible working hours.

Your tasks
- Independent fulfillment of customer-related administrative activities, including forms, declarations, confirmations, official applications, loan applications, etc.
- Performing basic services (support with administrative activities, completing documents, etc.)
- Support for experienced client advisors in the areas of mortgages, commercial loans, investments and commission administration
- Conducting and following up on customer meetings
- Administrative collaboration / support with market development orders and projects
- Support in the ongoing updating of our real estate valuation tool
Our requirements
- Completed banking training or equivalent training
- Professional experience in the credit, mortgage and private customer sector an advantage
- Efficient and precise working methods
- MSA and WBA are an advantage
- Customer and service-oriented personality who quickly establishes a rapport with all contact persons
- Organizationally strong, flexible and committed
