The task
- Together with the team leader and the junior economist, you will form a team and manage the back office of a sophisticated real estate portfolio in the office.
- You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Contact with tenants, owners, tradesmen and authorities
- Drawing up rental agreements, contract amendments/terminations and processing notices of termination
- Design of advertisements in online media
- Coordination of appointments and orders
- Assistance with property and service charge settlements and dunning procedures
- Many other exciting tasks
Your professional profile
- Completed basic commercial training
- Very good correspondence skills in German
- Experience in real estate management desired
