Customer Service Assistant (60–100%)

The position as Customer Service Assistant at the Von Graffenried Group in Bern offers a varied and challenging role involving administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, and supporting customer service representatives. Tasks

  • Supporting customer service representatives in their daily work
  • Administrative tasks for customer service representatives (opening accounts, closing accounts, scheduling customer appointments, etc.)
  • Receiving and independently handling customer inquiries by phone
  • Jointly responsible for customer reception and back-office operations

Requirements

  • Completed banking training
  • Professional experience and experience in the investment business are a plus
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • An independent and responsible approach to work
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with a variety of people
