Customer Service Assistant (60–100%)

Tasks
- Supporting customer service representatives in their daily work
- Administrative tasks for customer service representatives (opening accounts, closing accounts, scheduling customer appointments, etc.)
- Receiving and independently handling customer inquiries by phone
- Jointly responsible for customer reception and back-office operations
Requirements
- Completed banking training
- Professional experience and experience in the investment business are a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- An independent and responsible approach to work
- Enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with a variety of people
