Assistant to the Head of Corporate Customers and Loans (f/m/d)

Your challenge

  • Right-hand man to the Head of Corporate Clients & Loans
  • Support during personal and virtual customer meetings
  • Customer contact by telephone and handling of technical issues for direct clarification with the customer
  • Reviewing credit applications, analyzing financial figures, and preparing credit reports
  • Independent completion of alternative administrative tasks in day-to-day business
  • Collaboration on projects for the preparation of the supervisory report
  • Supporting a senior client advisor and their assistant at the same stock exchange in serving demanding key clients

Your profile

  • Banking or comparable basic commercial training, additional training in business administration or banking would be an advantage
  • Professional and independent work with a customer-focused approach and a high level of motivation
  • Well-groomed and confident manner with good social skills, flexibility, and enjoyment of customer contact
  • In-depth experience with common MS Office programs, fluent German
