Assistant Store Manager for German-speaking Switzerland (m/f/d)
The position as Assistant Store Manager German-speaking Switzerland (m/f/d) offers the opportunity to support the store manager in a central Swiss branch and take on a wide range of organizational and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will organize day-to-day business efficiently and in a structured manner and act as an important confidant in day-to-day business.

Tasks
- Supporting the Market Manager for German-speaking Switzerland in day-to-day business (agenda management, emails, presentations, reservations, budgets)
- Organization, coordination, and active participation in meetings, including ensuring a smooth flow of information
- Collaboration in the management team: planning and preparation of meetings, follow-up on tasks, and operational support
- Promotion of cross-divisional cooperation and coordination between individual markets
- Support with HR-related topics such as scheduling, budget control, and assessment support
- General administrative tasks such as document management, correspondence, minute-taking, deputizing, and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Experience in administration or a comparable assistant role is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Native-level German or very good French skills
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and clear and friendly communication
