- Responsible support for our customers in looking after our German clientele
- Coordination and preparation of customer visits and special topics for customer advisors
- Monitoring and handling of incidents, monitoring of credit decisions
- Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business and account management in all administrative matters
- as well as independent areas of responsibility and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange and subscription rights
- Handling general correspondence in English and German
Your profile
- Completed banking or commercial training and subsequent assistant experience
- Experience of direct customer contact in the financial environment and knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Good communication skills and passionate customer orientation
- Resilient, goal- and team-oriented personality
- Good command of English and very good written and spoken German
