Private Banking Assistant (HNWI)

Your tasks

  • Comprehensive support for our relationship managers in acquisition, individual support and day-to-day business
  • Participation in customer appointments including preparation and follow-up as well as onboarding of customer relationships
  • Management of telephone customer contact in advising on banking services and handling various administrative tasks
  • Preparation and coordination of financing requests
  • Preparation of presentations, offers and asset concepts

Your profile

  • Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training/further education
  • Experience (at least 3 years) as an assistant in the HNWI environment is an advantage
  • Good financing and/or investment knowledge
  • Enjoy customer contact and be prepared to go the extra mile
  • The working method is reliable, precise and proactive
  • You score points with your communicative, solution-oriented and proactive nature
