Your tasks
- Comprehensive support for our relationship managers in acquisition, individual support and day-to-day business
- Participation in customer appointments including preparation and follow-up as well as onboarding of customer relationships
- Responsibility for telephone customer contact in advising on banking services and performing various administrative tasks
- Preparation and coordination of financing requests
- Preparation of presentations, offers and asset concepts
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training/further education
- Experience (at least 2 years) as an assistant in the private banking sector
- Good financing and/or investment knowledge
- Enjoy customer contact and be prepared to go the extra mile
- Your approach to work is reliable, precise, and proactive.
- You score points with your communicative, solution-oriented and proactive nature
