Private Banking Assistant

Tasks

While our customer service representatives are away, you will ensure that customer service runs smoothly. By assisting with bookings, market and marketing activities, and office management, you will help ensure efficient and customer-focused processes.

Requirements

You have:

• A completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent training in the financial sector.
• You have completed or are currently completing further education at a vocational school or a university of applied sciences.
• You have a natural affinity for banking and a strong interest in investment banking and private banking.
• Treating customers professionally and respectfully comes naturally to you.
• You are fluent in German and English and have a confident demeanor.
