Assistant Regional Manager 80 - 100 %Tasks
- provide administrative support to the Regional Head of Private Clients and Business Clients for the Mittelland West and Jura/Northwestern Switzerland regions in all management tasks (performance management, reporting, controlling, sales tasks, etc.)
- Preparing development and change processes and preparing decisions and presentations
- take the minutes of the management meetings
Requirements
- Ideally a completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training as well as experience in a comparable function
- a proactive, solution- and service-oriented approach
- a conflict-friendly and trustworthy personality
- High level of independence, personal responsibility and quality of implementation
- Discretion in dealing with confidential information
