Regional Management Assistant

As an assistant to the regional manager, you will support the regional manager in administrative and content-related management tasks, specialist areas and in taking minutes at management meetings. The position is based in Murten with a working time of 80-100%.

Job description

Tasks

  • support the Regional Head of Private and Business Clients for the Central, Western and Jura/Northwestern Switzerland regions in administrative and content-related management tasks (performance management, reporting, controlling, sales auctions, etc.)
  • Support specialist departments, introduce new processes and products and create presentations
  • take the minutes of the management meetings

Requirements

  • Ideally a completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training
  • Experience in a comparable function as an administrative assistant
  • an open, flexible and service-oriented manner
  • a communicative and trusting approach
  • High level of independence, personal responsibility and implementation skills
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information
