As an assistant to the regional manager, you will support the regional manager in administrative and content-related management tasks, specialist areas and in taking minutes at management meetings. The position is based in Murten with a working time of 80-100%.
Job description
Tasks
- support the Regional Head of Private and Business Clients for the Central, Western and Jura/Northwestern Switzerland regions in administrative and content-related management tasks (performance management, reporting, controlling, sales auctions, etc.)
- Support specialist departments, introduce new processes and products and create presentations
- take the minutes of the management meetings
Requirements
- Ideally a completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training
- Experience in a comparable function as an administrative assistant
- an open, flexible and service-oriented manner
- a communicative and trusting approach
- High level of independence, personal responsibility and implementation skills
- Discretion in dealing with confidential information
