The Swiss National Bank is looking for a Financial Stability Assistant to assist with administrative and organizational tasks. The position offers a responsible and challenging job in a collegial environment.
Job description
Assistance in Financial Stability (50% - 60%)Tasks
- Management of the agenda, flexible planning and organization of appointments with internal and external bodies;
- General office and organizational tasks;
- Support in the preparation of meetings; control and management of pending issues and deadlines; planning and control in the budget process;
- Processing the electronic mailbox, managing and sending expense reports and orders;
- Organization of meetings at home and abroad;
- Correspondence tasks in German, English and French; editing texts, creating and revising presentations and documentation, evaluations, summaries, etc;
- Personal assistance to the Head of Financial Stability and team assistance to individual organizational units.
Requirements
- Completed basic commercial training; further training as a management assistant with a federal certificate or other higher professional qualification an advantage, ideally professional experience in a comparable function;
- Excellent communication skills and stylistic German - as well as very good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken);
- Strong service orientation; excellent knowledge of common MS Office tools;
- Networked thinking, organizational talent; extremely precise, independent and efficient way of working; quick comprehension, impeccable manners and absolute discretion.
