Wealth Management Assistant (Full-Time)

DZ PRIVATBANK is seeking a Wealth Management Assistant to support administrative processes and customer service, as well as to prepare for and follow up on client consultations. The role also involves interface management, communication, and organization, as well as collaboration with internal departments.

Tasks

Administrative processes and customer service:
  • Processing customer-related processes and documentation
  • Ensuring smooth administrative processes
Support for customer service:
  • Preparation and follow-up for client and insurance solutions
  • Support in developing solutions
  • Assistance with complex customer situations
  • Attending client meetings, as well as monitoring and processing
Interface Management and Regulation:
  • Collaboration with internal departments and monitoring
  • Support and oversight of internal departments
Communication and Organization:
  • Correspondence with customers and partner banks
  • Processing daily incoming mail, as well as prioritizing and assigning tasks within the team
  • Minuting and coordinating department meetings
