The position of assistant to the "bitubi" division management at Glarner Kantonalbank offers a challenging, varied and instructive job in which you will support the division management in all matters. Assistant (m/f) Head of "bitubi" 80 - 100 %

Corporate Division

"bitubi" is the brand of Glarner Kantonalbank and the leading digital professional service and software provider for the credit business.

Tasks

  • Supporting the division manager in looking after customers, partners and clients
  • Administration and processing of management tools (evaluations, statistics, book of work, etc.) in the bitubi area
  • Creation of individual evaluations for the area
  • Meeting and follow-up work as well as taking minutes at meetings in the area of
  • Creating presentations for the division manager and the division's departments
  • Supporting the division manager in market and media relations (articles from the daily press, etc.)
  • Ensuring the flow of information to department heads
  • Contact person for questions relating to administration in the area of
  • Organization of various meetings or events, internal training courses, workshops, conferences and collaboration in the organization and implementation of customer and internal events as well as excursions
  • Project management or active participation in important bitubi projects
  • Helping to draw up training and development plans for employees in the division, for forwarding to the HR office

Requirements

  • Successfully completed basic commercial training with corresponding further training in banking & finance or completed business studies with a focus on banking
  • Ideally professional experience in a comparable position at a bank
  • Experience in the preparation of business analyses
  • Strong analytical thinking and implementation skills
  • Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills and confidence in creating management presentations and communicating with internal and external audiences
  • German at mother tongue level, written and spoken. A good knowledge of English is also desirable
  • Good general education and interest in the processes in the Swiss or international financial center
  • Hand-on and team-play mentality, good self-organization and high level of commitment
  • Structured, results-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working as well as absolute reliability and careful handling of confidential data
