Assistant (m/f) Head of "bitubi" 80 - 100 %Corporate Division
"bitubi" is the brand of Glarner Kantonalbank and the leading digital professional service and software provider for the credit business.Tasks
- Supporting the division manager in looking after customers, partners and clients
- Administration and processing of management tools (evaluations, statistics, book of work, etc.) in the bitubi area
- Creation of individual evaluations for the area
- Meeting and follow-up work as well as taking minutes at meetings in the area of
- Creating presentations for the division manager and the division's departments
- Supporting the division manager in market and media relations (articles from the daily press, etc.)
- Ensuring the flow of information to department heads
- Contact person for questions relating to administration in the area of
- Organization of various meetings or events, internal training courses, workshops, conferences and collaboration in the organization and implementation of customer and internal events as well as excursions
- Project management or active participation in important bitubi projects
- Helping to draw up training and development plans for employees in the division, for forwarding to the HR office
Requirements
- Successfully completed basic commercial training with corresponding further training in banking & finance or completed business studies with a focus on banking
- Ideally professional experience in a comparable position at a bank
- Experience in the preparation of business analyses
- Strong analytical thinking and implementation skills
- Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills and confidence in creating management presentations and communicating with internal and external audiences
- German at mother tongue level, written and spoken. A good knowledge of English is also desirable
- Good general education and interest in the processes in the Swiss or international financial center
- Hand-on and team-play mentality, good self-organization and high level of commitment
- Structured, results-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working as well as absolute reliability and careful handling of confidential data
