Assistant (m/f) Head of Finance & Logistics

Tasks

• Supporting the Chief Financial Officer in his daily business, including the preparation of conceptual and strategic topics, organization of meetings, board secretarial work and budget controls
• Preparation of presentations for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors and coordination of agenda items in this area
• Collaboration in the analysis and visualization of data to support well-founded decisions
• Communication with external partners, e.g. internal and external auditors, rating agencies and suppliers
• Independent management (also collaboration) in projects
• Ensuring the management control system and carrying out assigned control and monitoring activities

Requirements

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on banking or an equivalent qualification
• 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position (banking experience an advantage)
• Experience in the preparation of business analyses
• Strong analytical thinking and implementation skills
• Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills and confidence in creating management presentations and communicating with internal and external audiences
• Structured, results-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working as well as a high level of commitment, absolute reliability and careful handling of confidential data
