Assistant (m/f) to External Asset Managers

Tasks

- Independently handling day-to-day business, including direct client interaction (managing pending issues, correspondence, account openings, compliance matters, etc.) - Efficiently receiving and processing orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payment transactions - Proactive and targeted support of the EVV team in developing business with external asset managers in Switzerland, as well as handling the preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition matters - Collaboration in organizing and conducting client events in cooperation with the marketing department, as well as selective participation in high-profile events alongside client advisors

Requirements

• Completed banking training or basic business training, with initial professional experience in the field of external asset management (EVV) or private banking, is a plus
• Further education in banking or business administration (e.g., advanced vocational training) is a plus
• An empathetic, engaging, and communicative individual who interacts with various stakeholders in a professional and discreet manner
• In-depth knowledge of financial products such as securities, financial instruments, and foreign exchange, as well as a strong interest in economic relationships
