Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing general support to our corporate account managers, particularly in handling customer inquiries by phone and drafting personalized correspondence
• Preparation of loan applications and compilation of evaluation documents in the area of real estate and commercial financing
• Collection and evaluation/analysis of customer balance sheets
• Initial estimate of property values using a professional valuation tool
• Preparing for client meetings and the option to participate in them on a selective basis
• Credit monitoring tasks as instructed by the client advisors

Requirements

Your profile should include the following:

• Completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with additional training in banking/finance
• Initial professional experience in the banking and/or financial sector
• A strong focus on service and customer satisfaction, as well as a structured and meticulous approach to work
• Confidence in handling a variety of tasks and problems
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working closely with customers
