Mortgage broker assistance

Job description

Your tasks:

• Independent preparation and assessment of loan applications for the financing of single and multi-family homes and condominiums by mortgage brokers
• Independent processing of extensions, pending issues and control processes
• Recording of annual financial statements for real estate companies
• Credit monitoring tasks (e.g. construction cost controls)
• General support for customer advisors (telephone, correspondence, etc.)
• Selective participation in customer meetings and projects

Your profile:

• Commercial banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with further training in banking/financing and subsequent professional experience in the financing business
• Good knowledge of the service business (payments and savings) as well as the investment and pension business is an advantage
• Good communication skills and a good flair for conducting conversations
• Knowledge of foreign languages (French, Italian, English) is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation, enjoyment of teamwork, good comprehension skills and willingness to learn new things
• Structured, meticulous way of working with the ability to plan work and react flexibly as required
