Private Banking Assistant (80–100%)

Tasks

While our customer service representatives are away, you will ensure that customer service runs smoothly. By assisting with accounting and office management, you will help ensure efficient and customer-focused processes.

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or have an equivalent apprenticeship, high school diploma, or training in the financial sector.
• You are currently pursuing further education through a vocational training program or at a university of applied sciences, or you have already completed such a program.
• You have demonstrated banking expertise as well as a strong interest in the investment business and private banking.
• Treating customers professionally and respectfully comes naturally to you.
• You are fluent in German and English and have a confident demeanor.
