The Swiss National Bank is looking for an assistant in the Financial Stability Division to provide support with administrative and organizational tasks and assist the Head of Division in his work. The position offers a challenging job in a collegial environment with modern working conditions.
Job description
Assistance in the area of financial stability (50% - 60%)Tasks
- Management of the agenda, flexible planning and organization of appointments with internal and external bodies;
- General office and organizational tasks;
- Support in the preparation of meetings; control and management of pending issues and deadlines; planning and control in the budget process;
- Processing the electronic mailbox, responsible for expense reports and orders;
- Organization of meetings at home and abroad;
- Correspondence tasks in German, English and French; editing texts, creating and revising presentations and documentation, evaluations, summaries, etc;
- Personal assistance to the Head of Financial Stability and team assistance to individual organizational units.
Requirements
- Completed basic commercial training; further training as a management assistant with a federal certificate or other higher professional qualification an advantage; ideally professional experience in a comparable function;
- Excellent communication skills and stylistic German - as well as very good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken);
- Strong service orientation; excellent knowledge of common MS Office tools;
- Networked thinking, organizational talent; extremely precise, independent and efficient way of working; quick comprehension, impeccable manners and absolute discretion.
