The Swiss National Bank is looking for a Financial Stability Assistant to support the Head of Division with administrative tasks and organize appointments. The position offers a responsible job in a collegial environment with modern working conditions.
Job description
Assistance in the area of financial stability (50% -60%)Tasks
- Representative for agenda management, flexible planning and organization of appointments with internal and external bodies;
- General office and organizational tasks;
- Support in the preparation of meetings; control and management of pending issues and deadlines; planning and control in the budget process;
- Processing of the electronic mailbox, responsibility for expense reports and orders;
- Organization of domestic and international trips;
- Correspondence tasks in German, English and French: editing texts, creating and revising presentations and documentation, evaluations, summaries, etc;
- Personal assistance to the Head of Financial Stability and team assistance to individual organizational units.
Requirements
- Completed basic commercial training; further training as a management assistant with a federal certificate or other higher professional qualification an advantage, ideally professional experience in a comparable function;
- Excellent communication skills and stylistic German - as well as very good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken);
- Strong service orientation; excellent knowledge of common MS Office tools;
- Networked thinking, organizational skills; extremely precise, independent and efficient way of working; quick comprehension, simple manners and absolute discretion.
