Associate - Corporate Development (M&A) & Strategy

Tasks

• Strategic projects & corporate initiatives: Leading and managing a wide range of strategic projects across the company (growth initiatives, investment monitoring, corporate restructuring, etc.) to ensure high quality and alignment with the company's objectives.
• Financial & business analysis: Performing in-depth financial, operational, and strategic analyses of various business areas (KPIs, performance tracking, profitability, benchmarking, etc.) to support decision-making.
• Executive Reporting: Preparation and presentation of clear, informative materials for senior management, the supervisory board, and executive committees.
• Stakeholder management: Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment between teams.
• People Leadership: Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members, coordinating resources to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Corporate Development (in-house M&A team): Execution of all types of transactions (acquisitions, capital increases, joint ventures, etc.) – more than 30 deals analyzed/executed in 2023.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy at top companies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-quality projects simultaneously, balancing attention to detail with strategic vision.
• A proactive, structured, and problem-solving mindset, combined with a strong understanding of business.
• Fluent English is mandatory (Spanish is a plus).
