Tasks

  • Strategic projects & corporate initiatives: Leading and managing a variety of strategic projects across the organization (growth initiatives, investment monitoring, corporate reorganizations, etc.) to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Financial and business analysis: Conducting in-depth financial, operational, and strategic analyses of various business areas (KPIs, performance monitoring, profitability, benchmarking, etc.) to support decision-making processes.
  • Executive reporting: Preparation and presentation of clear, insightful materials for senior management, the board of directors, and executive committees.
  • Stakeholder management: Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across teams.
  • Personnel management: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, coordinating resources to ensure that deliveries are made on time and to the highest standard.
  • Corporate Development (In-house M&A Team): Execution of all types of transactions (acquisitions, capital increases, joint ventures, etc.) – more than 30 deals analyzed/executed during 2023. Analysis of companies and drafting and review of execution documents and other deliverables such as proposals, IMs, financial models, due diligence, and legal agreements. This position also supports senior team members in meetings with counterparties, deal negotiations, valuation, transaction structuring, etc.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy within Tier 1 companies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, balancing attention to detail with strategic vision.
  • A proactive, associative, and problem-solving mindset, with strong business judgment.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
