Tasks

  • Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to present key insights and data stories
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to derive actionable business insights
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure alignment and manage expectations
  • Create automated workflows
  • Communicate data-driven insights and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage and monitor project deliveries

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in report development, data analysis and data visualization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and storytelling skills
  • Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the field of cyber security is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills - able to compile data and analyze patterns, trends and conclusions and derive recommendations; relies on data to make decisions
  • Superior communication skills - able to articulate ideas and information verbally and in writing to various audiences
  • Initiative - takes initiative in proposing improvements and anticipates the needs of leaders, program stakeholders and team members
  • Organizational skills - able to handle multiple simultaneous work deliveries and prioritize them accordingly
  • Delivery mindset - carries a delivery mindset with a bias towards action, curiosity, learning, challenge and improving processes
  • Knowledge of global financial institutions with complex organizational structures and regulatory requirements
  • Microsoft skills are required to create communication materials. Writing, presentation and organizational skills are required to write, develop and present materials
