Associate Cyber Security Engineering

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Identity & Access Engineering: Configuration and operation of Okta tenant policies, routing rules, branding, and customizations for the client login experience; implementation of secure registration and recovery flows.
  • Implementation of Okta features (access certification campaigns, permission/bundle request workflows); support with setting up connectors, data imports, and reporting.
  • Support for PingFederate/PingAccess (SAML/OIDC integrations, policy enforcement, token lifecycles, mTLS/headers) and assistance with planning migrations to Okta where feasible.
  • Application & API Security: Partnering with Java teams to secure APIs (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, JWT validation, scopes/claims, Spring Security filters).
  • Cloud Security (Azure): Integration of CIAM with Azure services.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance: Application of CIAM controls for client password handling, secure transmission, lockouts, profile change notifications, and auditability, as defined in our IAM standards.
  • Contribution to CIAM metrics, fraud/risk signals, and governance improvements in line with our roadmap.
  • Operations & Collaboration: Creation/execution of automations (scripts/workflows), maintenance of runbooks, and resolution of incidents with root cause analysis.
  • Partnership across platforms, including Microsoft, Okta, Ping, and related services, within the IAM architecture.
