Associate Debt Advisory - Investment Banking
Alantra is seeking an Associate Debt Advisory - Investment Banking to assist in structuring financing transactions, due diligence, and communicating with investors and clients. The candidate should have experience in a financial institution, analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and English and Spanish language skills.
Job description
Tasks
- Manage and review due diligence processes and Q&A processes.
- Participate in structuring financing transactions (e.g., corporate, LBO, refinancing, etc.).
- Assist in the negotiation of financing documents (e.g., term sheets, loan agreements, etc.).
- Engage directly with debt investors, including banks and institutional investors.
- Support the creation of new financing opportunities.
- Manage and develop relationships with customers, lenders, lawyers, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in a financial institution and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
