Associate Debt Advisory - Investment Banking

Job description

Tasks

• Participation in the structuring or financing of transactions (e.g. corporate, LBO, refinancing, etc.)
• Support in the negotiation of financing documents (e.g. term sheets, loan agreements, etc.)
• Direct communication with debt investors, including banks and institutional investors
• Support in the development of new financing opportunities
• Managing and developing relationships with clients, lenders, lawyers and other key stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in debt advisory or leveraged finance
• Experience in a debt-related environment
• Strong financial modeling skills, with deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and cash flows
• Experience with complex loan documentation and financing structures
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver under tight deadlines
