Associate Director

Your role

Are you a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for managing complex M&A transactions? Do you combine rigorous financial analysis with the ability to deliver clear insights to senior managers? We are looking for an Associate Director who:

• supports and, in some cases, leads strategic M&A initiatives across the UBS Group
• Identified, evaluated, and executed M&A transactions and related strategic projects from start to finish
• conducts detailed market research, financial analyses, and valuation studies to evaluate potential targets and strategic options
• develops and maintains complex financial models to support decision-making
• quantitative and qualitative analyses synthesized into clear, precise recommendations for senior management
• prepared high-quality presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
• works closely with business units, group functions, and external consultants

Your expertise

• strong academic background
• substantial experience in investment banking
• proven expertise in valuation and finance
• excellent analytical skills
• strong communication skills
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• team-oriented, proactive, and able to fit into a team
• a high degree of professionalism and integrity
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
