Associate Director (m/f/d) Human Resources
LGT is seeking a Senior Associate Director (f/m/d) of Human Resources for its Vienna office to strategically develop the HR department and plan HR projects. The position requires at least 5–10 years of experience in human resources management, ideally in the international financial services industry.
Your tasks
- Contribute strategic and organizational skills to drive the long-term development of the Human Resources department at the Vienna location.
- Strategic management of internal and external employees.
- Planning and implementation of HR projects.
- A key contributor to the successful and outstanding support of employees as part of the HR team.
Your profile
- At least 5–10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the international financial services industry or in a comparable position.
- A completed degree, diploma, or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, economics, law, psychology, management), with a focus on human resources management.
