Associate Engineer - Finance & Technology

The role

We are looking for an Associate Engineer to join our Finance and People Technology team. As an experienced software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and continuously improving the SaaS portfolio that supports both the finance and HR SaaS estates.

key areas

The most important tasks include:

• Configuration, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of Platforms in the Finance and Human Resources Departments
• Assistance with resolving tickets, user inquiries, and other matters to ensure smooth operations
• Development, support, and improvement of cross-platform integrations
• Collaborate with investment teams to ensure that investment data flows quickly and accurately
• Implementing process and system improvements to refine controls, minimize manual steps, and use data to shed light on information
• Using AI to Optimize and Improve Systems
• Development and implementation of best practices for scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and performance
• Compliance with strict change control and audit documentation

Requirements

Required:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in coding
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python
• Experience with cloud-native software development

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with specific tools such as Workato, Greenhouse, or Kyoto
• A curious, enthusiastic attitude toward building
• A Methodological Approach to Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
