Associate - Fund Finance & Operations

Tasks

  • Review of the calculation of the net asset value of the different products.
  • Support the digitization process started in the area
  • Preparation of reports and documentation for the Boards of the different products, management teams, etc.
  • Support in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) questionnaires.
  • Investors onboarding / New Vice Clients
  • KYC and Anti Money laundering AML materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Full-time availability.
  • More than 4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance, fund management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (proficient use of Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proactivity, willingness to learn.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
