Overview

Associate - Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking

Tasks

• Contribution to the execution of capital raising and advisory mandates in the maritime and offshore sectors.
• Development, maintenance, and improvement of financial models to support valuations, structuring, and transaction analysis.
• Preparation of pitch books, presentations, investment memoranda, and other transaction materials.
• Conducting industry, company, and transaction research in the shipping, oil and gas, transportation, and related sectors.
• Active participation in business development and deal origination.

Requirements

• Solid background in investment banking, shipping finance, or investment management with focus on maritime/offshore, oil & gas, or transport.
• Proven track record in executing financing or M&A transactions.
• Advanced modeling, structuring, and valuation capabilities.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage investor and client interactions.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek (native language).
• 3-5+ years of experience.
