Associate - Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking

Tasks

• Contribution to the execution of capital increases and advisory engagements in the maritime and offshore industries.
• Development, maintenance, and improvement of financial models to support valuation, structuring, and transaction analysis.
• Preparing pitch books, presentations, investment memoranda, and other transaction-related materials.
• Conducting industry, company, and transaction research in the fields of shipping, oil & gas, transportation, and related sectors.
• Active participation in business development and deal origination.

Requirements

• Associate (3–5 years of experience):
  • A solid foundation in investment banking, shipping finance, or wealth management, with a focus on maritime/offshore, oil & gas, or transportation.
  • A proven track record in executing financing or M&A transactions.
  • Advanced skills in modeling, structuring, and evaluation.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to independently manage interactions with investors and customers.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek (native language).
